Everyone is free to give their tithes and offerings. There is no verification of what each person gives, unless the individual wishes for the Mission to issue tax receipts.
Tithes and other donations are collected and managed by the deaconesses and deacons assigned to this task. After the collection, the deacons meet to do the accounting. The details are recorded in the relevant documents.
Each year, a financial report is provided to the church. Likewise, a budget is created to project expenses. For this purpose, expenditure categories are created: rent, compensation for servants, operations, evangelism, social involvement, amortization, maintenance, etc.
Anyone who gives their tithes and offerings can access the deacon's records to verify the proper management of resources.
